Could someone explain why several counties (Kane, Duchesne, Morgan, Piute) have their parcels available to download but are very much incomplete? Are they currently in the process of being uploaded and these are partial files being displayed? Thanks for the help.
Zachary,
Thank you for your interest in County Parcel Coverage. The State AGRC is currently coordinating with county recorders and surveyors to create a statewide parcel layer in the State Geographic Information Database (SGID) containing parcel boundary, parcel identifier, parcel address, owner type, and county recorder contact information.
Each county is at a different level of being complete and the data currently residing in the SGID is the most recent version given by each county.
The answer to your question:
The data available in the SGID for download is everything given to the AGRC from the county.
The counties may have a more recent version of the data, but we are trying to update the SGID parcel data every 6 months and will continually be adding more data as we receive it.
Please contact the county for additional information.
Thanks,
Sean
