Greetings all.

I'm working with town parcels which I'd like to provide a hyper-link to the assessors website.

I've already created a dbf file which holds the parcel specific URL.

Where are the hyper-link files kept and can I populate it with a python script.

Another python question. I'd like to download the pdf provided for the said parcel with a script. Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

btw I'm using 9.3
