Elaterite Basin, but I originally looked at the county mosaic (Emery) with the same result-

I just tried Elaterite Basin and it worked for me just fine. These images are .tifs so you be able to view them in a browser, Photoshop, windows picture and fax viewer, etc as well as ArcGIS and other GIS software. What software are you trying to view the map in and have you tried viewing the image another software package?
