I am not familar with US GS Geology Quads...we have received a few Utah GS quads but I believe they have only provided a couple and they are not available for download at the moment. In the future the plan is to serve them out via ImageServer. In the meantime, I'd try contacting Buck Ehlers at the Utah Geologic Survey.
