Yesterday, the Utah Supreme Court (SUWA v. AGRC) ruled that geospatial data collected and maintained by AGRC pursuant to the Rights-of-Way Across Federal Lands Act are public records. Will the data now be made available via the SGID or is it necessary to file a GRAMA request?

I believe the details are still being worked out. I would recommend emailing Matt Peters (mpeters@utah.gov) and asking him to keep you posted.
