The National Agricultural Imagery Program (NAIP) one meter natural color aerial photography is now available for download from the AGRC ftp site at:

The 2006 NAIP is available for the entire state of Utah. The imagery products can be downloaded by county in a compressed county mosaic (Mr. Sid format).  For more information about using/viewing the 2006 NAIP products go to:
