The Utah Survey Resources portion of gis.utah.gov is designed as a statewide resource for sharing information pertaining to surveying, cadastral, and related activity.
In addition to links to local surveying activity, this portion of the site contains information on TURN, the state GPS reference network, cadastral GIS data collection, and items related to the Public Land Survey System (PLSS).
I there a way you could implement RTCM 3.0 or RTCM 3.1 for users of non Trimble equipment so that we could use the Glonass and GPS along the Wasatch front.
