Utah  Geographic Information Council receives ESRI's Special Achievement in GIS Award at 23rd Annual ESRI International User Conference

On Thursday, July 10, 2003 Jack Dangermond and ESRI presented UGIC with ESRI's Special Achievement in GIS Award. Each year ESRI recognizes organizations for their outstanding achievements in GIS. Chosen from more than 100,000 user sites worldwide, these awards are quite an honor.

We would like to thank ESRI for this recognition of the commitment of GIS professionals in the great State of Utah. We also would like to thank all UGIC members for their commitment to make UGIC one of the most outstanding GIS user groups in the world.
