The 2009 conference features last year's format including free long format GIS technical workshops for conference registrants on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings. New this year to these workshops, are a series of ESRI “hands on” workshops. Space is limited for these ‘Hands on” workshops and registration is required to attend, be sure to register early to reserve your seat. As has been tradition, the conference calendar opens with 2-day pre conference GIS training classes (Mon/Tues April 13th & 14th) offered at deeply discounted prices. The main conference runs Wednesday a.m., April 15th, through Friday, April 17th, early afternoon.

This year, registration will again be handled within the Utah GIS Portal website (see instructions and deadlines, below).

Registration Deadlines:

• Late online registration until April 11th*
• Late onsite registration available for $20 additional fee*

Registration Instructions:

1. Login to the Utah GIS Portal website using your registered user name and password. If you aren't already a registered user on the Utah GIS Portal site, you'll need to create a user account.
2. Register for the conference by editing and updating the information on the UGIC Conf. Reg. tab of your user profile. Click here to register.

A Confirmation / Invoice is accessible from the Utah GIS Portal's Registered User Menu by clicking the 2009 UGIC Confirmation link. It may take a few days for us to reconcile your payment so that it is displayed as received on the invoice.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Conference registration cancellations received prior to April 1st will receive a $225 refund. Conference registration cancellations received after March 31st but before April 11th will receive a refund of $125. No refund will be issued for conference registration cancellations after April 10th. All refunds will be sent by mail after the end of the conference.
