UGIC '09 Conference Vendor Information PDF Print E-mail

Several great opportunities exist for vendor participation at the 2009 UGIC Conferenc at the Zermatt Resort in Midway, UT (April 13-17, 2009). These include booth exhibition space, break sponsorship, raffle prize donation, etc.

Conference Registration:

Registration begins February 2, 2009 via this website.

Fees:

$    750.00:   6' x 8' booth with 8' x 30" table and two chairs
$ 1,000.00:   for a large booth space (approx. 2 booth spaces)

          • There is one free registration to the conference per vendor booth.
          • All exhibitors must be registered for the conference.
          • All exhibit materials and displays must fit within assigned space. No Exceptions.
          • High speed wireless internet connections can be provided.
          • Information flyers and advertising can be placed in every attendee's conference packet.
          • Door prizes will be accepted and awarded at the closing luncheon. Your organization will be recognized at the luncheon.
