Here are some ideas...ugic email and general instructions (maybe on GIS day?), staff meeting and instructions, contest for image graphic submission details, what to do with content left behind on the old site (there's lots that could still be important to harvest but I think we can do that over time (maybe with a deadline...move it by end ofthe year or lose it?).
