Utah SGID Statewide Tax Areas and Tax Entities Data Layer Updates

The newest Tax Areas (SGID10.ECONOMY.TaxAreas2014) and Tax Entities (SGID10.ECONOMY.TaxEntities2014) were recently added to the feature classes that resides on the Utah SGID ArcSDE database server.
